Zito Goes Seven Innings in Giant Win over Texas
March 31, 2009 by AZ Hardball · Leave a Comment
Everything is big in Texas but, this was a Giant win in Arizona for the San Francisco team and Pitcher Barry Zito. As he makes his MLB comeback, Zito would go seven inning for the team as he earns the win. The Rangers would struggle defensively as they committed one throwing and one fielding error. Texas slugger Josh Hamilton would have his sixth home run of the Cactus League but, aside from that, there was not much more going for the Rangers as they lose big, at home, to the San Francisco Giants.
