Diamondbacks lose on Slaton’s tough inning

teams_milArizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Dan Haren pitched five strong innings allowing three hits and two runs with five strikeouts, but the Milwaukee Brewers were able to get to reliever Doug Slaton. The Brewers scored 4 runs in the seventh inning off Slaton. Brewers outfielder Corey Hart hit his seventh dinger of the spring off Haren. Chad Tracy and Tony Clark each hit their second of the spring. Justin Upton has continued to look struggle this spring and has fallen below the Mendoza Line after his 0-for-3 outing today.
