az_hardballThe 2009 Arizona Fall League rosters have been released are are available for viewing on AZ Hardball at the following location: Teams and Rosters.

We are looking forward to another exciting year of Fall League action as there will be more stars including the first pick of the 2009 draft Stephen Strasburg. Strasburg will be playing for the Phoenix Desert Dogs this year as the team alignments have changed for 2009. The Desert Dogs will be playing to defend their reign as five-time AFL champions going for their sixth in a row. Read more

Haren continutes stuggles in D-backs loss

teams_ariDan Haren continued his recent struggles in the latest loss for the Arizona Diamondbacks against the Washington Nationals. In his last four starts, Dar Haren has an ERA close to 6 and has looked like anything but the mid-season NL Cy Young Award leader. Daren pitched six innings against the Nationals allowing seven hits and five runs including two more homers. After the latest loss Haren’s record dropped to 11-7 with a 2.57 ERA. Read more

D-backs tie franchise record for hits in extra innings win
