Giants rally to down Brewers

The San Francisco Giants were outhit 9-to-13 by the Milwaukee Brewers, but were able to score more runs in recording a 5-3 win. The Brewers jumped out to a 3-0 lead behind the bat of Rickie Weeks who hit drove in two on two hit. The Brewers accumulated 10 of their thirteen hits in the first five innings.

The Giants would strike back and rally for four runs in the fifth inning. The Giants put together a string of singles and one double to score their four runs. Barry Zito continued to struggle with three hits and two walks while allowing one run in 1.2 innings of work. The Giants improved to 2-0 on the spring and the Brewers start 0-1.
