Seattle Edges White Sox

The Seattle Mariners would face the Chicago White Sox in Glendale as the two teams would battle it out in a close game. Chicago would score first before the Mariners would tie the game up in the fourth inning. The game would go back and forth as the White Sox would regain the lead in the fifth and the Mariners would take the lead in the top of the sixth.

The Mariners would further increase their lead in the seventh inning as the White Sox looked to stage a comeback. Chicago would score one run in the eighth and another in the bottom of the ninth but it would not be enough to win the game. The Mariners would reign victorious as they defeat the Chicago White Sox in Glendale by a score of five to four.
