Four Giant Blasts Not Enough to Win

March 14, 2010 by

The Giants would play the Brewers in Scottsdale while they were able to gain the lead early on. In the first inning of play, the Giants would score two runs but, the Brewers would take the lead from the Giants in the second inning by scoring three runs of their own. The third inning was a big inning for the Brew Crew as they would extend their lead with four additional runs.

The Brewers would score three additional times in the seventh inning while the Giants were able to drive in four runs in the bottom of that inning. Milwaukee would end up on top as they defeat San Francisco by a score of ten to eight.
