March 14, 2010 by

In the second Wells allowed six runs on six hits including a homer to  Kendry Morales. Angels starter Joel Pineiro  did not fair much better allowing seven hits and four runs in his three innings.

Former Yankee Hideki Matsui added one RBI to the 6-run second inning knocking in his first run outside of a Yankees uniform. drove home his first run of Spring Training to cap off the Angels’ six-run third inning. Cubs first baseman Kevin Millar went 2-for-2 with a double and a homer driving in three runs on the day for the winning Cubs.
