March 20, 2010 by

The Padres would face the White Sox in Glendale as San Diego would send their split-squad to play the game. The Sox would score first in the second inning putting one run on the board. The one run would come off of a solo shit by Anruw Jones. The Padres, who were held scoreless through three innings were able to score twice in the fourth inning to take the lead.

The White Sox would not be able to score again for the remainder of the game while the Padres would drive in one run in the seventh and another in the ninth. Padres pitcher Mat Latos would throw five innings while striking out five to get his second win of the spring.
