Kennedy Pitches Well in Loss to Phillies

Ian Kennedy would be looking for his first win as a Diamondback as he pitched Saturday night against the Phillies in game two of a three game series. The Phillies would start off with the lead as a result of scoring one run in the second inning. The run would come as a homer to Jayson Werth. It was not until the fifth inning that the D-backs were able to drive in any runs as Kelly Johnson would hit a two-run homer for his sixth of the season. Jackson Pitches Well as Bullpen Drops Game
