The White Sox would get off to an early lead as they would score three runs in the first inning. In the third inning both runs scored would come off of a tow-run homer by Chicago first baseman Jim Gallagher. Cleveland Runs Away With the Win

The Indians and White Sox would play in Goodyear as the first run would be driven in by the White Sox in the second inning off of a solo home run by center fielder Alex Rios. Cleveland would explode in the same inning with eight runs of their own. Travis Hafner would homer in that half-inning for the Tribe as they would take a commanding lead. Read more
Angels and White Sox Tie it at Sevens

The White Sox and Angels would play ball in Glendale as Chicago would open up the game with two runs in the first inning of play. In the third inning, the White Sox would have a big inning as they were able to score five more runs on the game. For the White Sox pitcher John Danks would go five and two-thirds innings, striking out a total of seven batters while going scoreless for the first five innings. Danks would be removed from the game after giving up three runs to the Angels. Read more
High Scoring Duel Ends in Royals’ Favor

The Kansas City Royals faced the Chicago White Sox in Glendale on Sunday as the two teams would rack up some runs for the game. The Royals would knock in three runs in the first inning to get the game going. The White Sox would be able to chip away at the Kansas City lead in the first and second innings by scoring a run a piece in those frames. In the bottom of the fourth, the Sox would take the lead by scoring four runs to jump ahead for the game. Read more
Feldman throws gem as Rangers down White Sox

Texas Rangers starter Scott Feldman showed today why he is being tapped to throw opening day for the Rangers as he shut down the Chicago White Sox in seven innings. Feldman had a break out season last year going 17-8 and today moved to 3-1 on the spring with seven innings of six hit shutout ball. Sox starter Gavin Floyd went six innings allowing two runs on eight hits.
Rangers left fielder David Murphy hit his fifth double of the spring going 2-for-3 with a walk and two RBIs. The Rangers big-guns remained hot as third baseman Michael Young was 2-for-4, outfielder Josh Hamilton was 3-for-4 with a run scored, and Vladamir Guerrero was 2-for-4 with two RBIs. The 2-3-4 hitters for the Rangers are all hitting over .327 this spring.
